Biographies David Lubin started his career at a large multi-national law firm representing Fortune 500 companies but then shifted his focus to smaller public companies,reverse mergers and acquisitions. In 1996 he practiced law in Israel, where he represented companies such as AOL and Motorola in a variety of corporate transactions. Mr. Lubin practiced at a Park Avenue firm in New York City prior to starting his own law firm in 2000. He graduated from Brooklyn Law School with honors in 1989, receiving awards in corporate taxation and international securities. Simultaneous with receiving his J.D., he also received an M.B.A. from Baruch College. He has authored numerous articles for business publications, and was an editor for Bender's Forms Consolidated Laws-U.C.C. (2002) and New York Practice Guide: Business and Commercial, Matthew Bender (1995). Mr. Lubin is currently an adjunct professor at Queens College. Michael Sufott has ten years of securities and corporate law experience, including initial public offerings, secondary registrations and PIPE transactions, special purpose acquisition and shell company registrations and going private transactions. His practice has focused on the representation of US domestic issuers with operations overseas and foreign private issuers, with an emphasis on companies operating in Israel. Mr. Sufott has also represented numerous privately held corporate entities, in various stages of capitalization, in mergers and in assets and stock acquisitions. He graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1994 and was admitted to the New York Bar in 1996. Mr. Sufott earned a bachelor’s degree from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem in 1989 and he speaks fluent Hebrew. Malcolm received her L.L.B. with First Class honors from the
City University, London, United Kingdom in May 2006. Prior to her legal
studies, Patrice worked as a paralegal with several major New York City
law firms, including Debevoise & Plimpton, Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw
and Herrick, Feinstein LLP. Patrice obtained experience in several areas
of corporate and securities law, including investment management, credit
financing and mergers and acquisitions. She has been with David Lubin & Associates since June 2006, first as a law clerk and currently as a law clerk awaiting admissions to the NYS Bar.
William R. Dauber has been practicing corporate and securities law since 1989, concentrating in securities, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. He received his B.A. from New York University in 1985 and his J.D. from the National Law Center at The George Washington University in 1989. |
